A combination of strength, flexibility and endurance training.


I have been a personal trainer for 7+ years and I have seen it all. I've tried the diet pills, the high energy pills, the Atkins diet, supplements and more. There are no secrets to getting the body you want. It's all about eating right, having a healthy mind, and staying active. After having 4 children, and struggling on my own to lose the weight, I am now the healthiest I have ever been.
I've created this website to help you reach your desired body weight. It won't be easy, but the things we are most proud of, are the things we have worked the hardest for.
My program is the first to be able to be done virtually anywhere. All you need is a skype account (which is free) and the internet. If you would like to be able to talk to me during the workouts, you will need a webcam and microphone. Most webcams come with them built in now. I strongly suggest getting one, because the reason most people fail to get into a workout routine, is because there is no one they are accountable to. It's why we all have a shelf full of workout DVD's that are gathering dust. With my program, you will be able to log on, and I can see you while you do the workout with me. You can ask questions and comment as if we were working out together in person.
It can also be done with our without weights. Don't have any exercise equipment or free weights? You don't need them. Muscle confusion and resistance training are the secrets to my success.

His book and videos are entitled "Change your mind, Change your life." It is important for you to know what "type" of brain boosts you need. Some people can diet and workout all they want without losing any weight. Others are just the opposite. Find out what brain type you are and find the boosts that you need to help you lose the weight and keep it off. A healthy brain leads to a healthy body.
The secret:  muscle confusion and resistance training. I have created a program that keeps your body and your muscles constantly moving in a different direction, and being used in a different way. It is great for someone wanting to lean and tone, or perfect for the athlete wanting to be in the peak of their fitness just in time for competition.
One of the biggest concerns I have heard from women is that they don't want to get "bulky", they just want a lean, toned look. This workout will work for men and women, because of the muscle confusion. Women do not have the amounts of testosterone that men do. Testosterone is the hormone resposnible for weight gain and muscle bulk.
