2010 Summer Training Program

This is the best program, whether you are trying to get fit this summer, or trying to prepare for fall sports. It is a program that uses resistance training, using your own body weight. No weights, no gym membership. Anyone is welcome so bring your friends and family, and get ahead before the season starts! Can't wait to see you in the wrestling room. -Shar


STARTING MONDAY JUNE 14TH THROUGH THE 1ST OF AUGUST
CLASSES WILL BE HELD EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY
$25 per week or $40 for two in the same family
*EVERYONE is welcome to come
(Athlete, dancer, cheerleader, parent etc...)
SAME TRAINING GIVEN TO THE NORTH SUMMIT WRESTLERS
FOR THE LAST 4 SEASONS
*Will be a combination of strength, flexibility and endurance training.
8-9 am in the NS Wrestling Room
Come get your game on....Whatever it is!
